Today I am joining you live from Ubud, Bali, as I share all about the comings and goings of this thing called life.
In this episode, I discuss our current travel plans, what a typical day looks like for me right now- and what is happening as I prepare to head home to Canada in a couple of weeks.
I discuss the current polar-opposite feelings I’m experiencing as I enjoy everything life has to offer… while something inside of me feels like it is also preparing for the other foot to drop.
Thus, I share what I am doing to move through this clusterfuck of complex emotions, the reminders I’m offering myself daily, and what I am choosing to consciously focus on as I observe, reflect, process and heal it all in real time.
Next, we also chat about the podcast, the growth we’ve experienced in the last few months, my creative outlet of writing, how I am celebrating the completion of my bankruptcy (YAY!)- and the energy work that I am currently doing with expert practitioners (which is something for YOU that is coming to the membership space next month btw).
Finally, in this episode I also discuss the recent importance I am placing upon my physical health for this year (after my mental health took a toll on my body)- and what I am personally doing to get into the best shape of my life and shed some unwanted pounds.
