Today in our ‘Friday’s with Friends’ feature, Meleah Rose shares how she was on the road to getting her master’s degree in clinical psychology (after 10 years of school)… when everything in her life changed for good.
Join us as she walks us through her journey of receiving a lyme disease diagnosis, the impact of COVID on her school and life, how she found a way to overcome this chronic illness, and ultimately how she ended up healing her body with nervous system techniques.
Even more jaw dropping? Somewhere along the lines she also recieved a ‘calling’ from within that encouraged her to begin sharing her story with others… and while it scared her- she listened.
Tune in now to hear in her own words what this led to, and why she ended up walking away from being a therapist to follow her passion instead!
Here’s A Little About Meleah + Her Journey:
Meleah is a trauma-informed somatic guide and breathwork facilitator who helps sensitive, driven women heal the stuff that’s been secretly running their lives- so they can share their story and actually feel safe being seen.
She was on the path to becoming a therapist when she got sick with Lyme disease, which completely upended her life. That chapter cracked her wide open and led to a deeper healing journey than she ever expected. Now, she helps other women come home to themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and answer the call they feel to turn their pain into purpose.
