Today is our very first ‘Friday’s with Friends’ feature as we bring some beautiful, courageous and inspiring guests to the podcast moving forward. Today we are interviewing Carlie Walls, who shares her transformative journey of self-discovery and healing after being diagnosed with autism.
Carlie discusses her background, the challenges of masking her true self, and the liberating experience of unmasking. The conversation delves into the concept of shamanic death, the importance of regulation in daily life, and the lessons learned throughout her journey.
Here’s A Little About Carlie + Her Journey:
Carlie is a budding entrepreneur who is passionate about reconnecting women with their confident, authentic energy. As a neurodivergent creator, she had a calling to rewrite the narrative that being radically unique is something to be ashamed of.
Carlie is dedicated to creating a culture of “unmasking”, inspiring women to remove the metaphorical mask they have been conditioned to wear in an attempt to fit in, fill a role or hide from judgement.
She is deeply connected to the divine feminine energy and the power it has when we lean into it without fear. Her lived experience provides her a unique perspective on healing the nervous system, moving through trauma and manifesting a delicious life.

By joining the pod list you'll be the first to know when a new episode drops- and if we ever have an offer to share, you'll be notified of those too. Ready to be sworn in, Reg Babe?
